Clarity rising from complexity.
The lotus is one of nature's most deliberate symbols — it takes root in murky, muddy water and rises above it, blooming into something clear and purposeful. That's exactly what we do for supply chains.
Most supply chain problems aren't mysteries. They're buried under murky data, misaligned teams, fragmented processes, and the relentless noise of daily operations. Lotus Advisory cuts through that murk — bringing the clarity, structure, and working solutions that let businesses bloom.
We don't hand you a report and leave. We sit in the mud with you, understand the full picture, and build the systems that create lasting clarity — turning your supply chain from a source of friction into a genuine competitive advantage.

Kamal Grewal — operator, builder, problem solver.
I've spent over 15 years building and running supply chains at some of the most operationally complex organizations in the world. Through every role — from Danone to Target, AEO to Amazon to Walmart to Spreetail — I was always drawn to the hardest, most tangled problems. The ones where the data was murky, the teams were misaligned, and the business was bleeding money it couldn't explain.
I'm a natural problem solver. I think in systems, move fast once I understand the root cause, and genuinely care about leaving something better than I found it. I started Lotus Advisory because I believe the best supply chain thinking shouldn't be locked inside large organizations — growing companies deserve the same caliber of solutions.
An intentional puzzle.
Every role was chosen deliberately — each one adding a new dimension of supply chain mastery. Inventory. Transportation. Network design. S&OP. Fulfillment. Together they form a complete picture few operators can claim.
Led a $1.2B+ omnichannel business end-to-end — building the S&OP process, launching a new $400M cold storage channel, and delivering $30M in tariff savings through supplier routing strategy. Built a Python-based optimization platform that generated $40M+ annually.
Shaped Walmart's national fulfillment strategy — designing two-tier inventory logic for WFS, consolidating the sort center network, and contributing to a $5B+ multi-year infrastructure investment plan. Work presented directly to COO and senior leadership.
Owned Amazon's primary middle mile efficiency metric across the entire network — driving 300bps of improvement and $165M in annualized savings through new tooling, forecasting methodology, and cross-functional adoption at the highest operational scale in the world.
Built AEO's S&OP process from nothing — creating the cross-functional planning rhythm that connected finance, merchandising, and operations for the first time. Simultaneously redesigned the fulfillment network and built data automation tools that cut manual effort by 66%.
Tackled one of retail's hardest problems at scale — leading the resolution of $1B+ in unproductive inventory. Designed a new inventory lifecycle model and curated the SKU selection for Target's first-ever Deal Days event, which became the highest traffic and revenue driver of the event.
Built to deliver. Every engagement.
