About Lotus Advisory

Clarity rising from complexity.

The lotus is one of nature's most deliberate symbols — it takes root in murky, muddy water and rises above it, blooming into something clear and purposeful. That's exactly what we do for supply chains.

Most supply chain problems aren't mysteries. They're buried under murky data, misaligned teams, fragmented processes, and the relentless noise of daily operations. Lotus Advisory cuts through that murk — bringing the clarity, structure, and working solutions that let businesses bloom.

We don't hand you a report and leave. We sit in the mud with you, understand the full picture, and build the systems that create lasting clarity — turning your supply chain from a source of friction into a genuine competitive advantage.

The person behind it

Kamal Grewal — operator, builder, problem solver.

I've spent over 15 years building and running supply chains at some of the most operationally complex organizations in the world. Through every role — from Danone to Target, AEO to Amazon to Walmart to Spreetail — I was always drawn to the hardest, most tangled problems. The ones where the data was murky, the teams were misaligned, and the business was bleeding money it couldn't explain.

I'm a natural problem solver. I think in systems, move fast once I understand the root cause, and genuinely care about leaving something better than I found it. I started Lotus Advisory because I believe the best supply chain thinking shouldn't be locked inside large organizations — growing companies deserve the same caliber of solutions.

🔍
Root cause obsessed
I never fix the symptom without understanding the system that created it.
🔧
Builder by nature
I build tools, models, and processes — not slide decks. Solutions that keep working.
📊
Data-first thinking
Every recommendation is grounded in your actual numbers, not industry frameworks.
🤝
Cross-functional alignment
I've sat across from Finance, Merchandising, Ops, and Tech. I know how to get them moving together.

The journey

How I work

Built to deliver. Every engagement.

01
Working solutions, not reports
Every engagement ends with something tangible — a model, a process, a decision tool, a playbook. Built to run without me once I leave. Your team owns it completely.
02
Milestone-based delivery
Engagements are structured in clear phases with defined deliverables at each stage. You always know what you're getting and when — and you can extend or pause based on results.
03
Operator-level depth
I've run these operations at billion-dollar scale. That means I recognize your problem within the first conversation — and already know the three most common failure points.
04
Full implementation when needed
When engagements require advanced analytics or AI-driven tooling, I work with trusted technical partners to deliver end-to-end — strategy through implementation, no hand-offs.
